Due to the coronavirus crisis, all 2020 shows have been rescheduled for the 2021 season.                        Productions begin in June 2021

In June 2021 we will be performing, Over the River and Through the Woods, written by Joe DiPietro. The story is about a young, carefree, single bachelor in New Jersey named Nick. He spends nearly every Sunday afternoon visiting and dining with either of his two sets of grandparents, who are ethnic Italians. One Thursday Nick makes an unscheduled visit to announce that his corporate employer will be promoting and relocating him to Seattle, Washington in a few months. His grandparents are shocked, and dedicate themselves to making Nick stay. A warm-hearted, boisterously funny, and touching story about intergenerational relationships, deep familial love, and the inevitable little heartbreaks that occur as time passes and children grow.

The show dates are as follows: June 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26. All show times start at 7:30 except the Sunday matinee on June 20. The Sunday Matinee show time is 2:00.

Tickets: $15.00  /  $13.00 seniors and students

Harps and Harmonicas by Linda Escalera

In September 2021 we will be performing 12:52 The Mike Webster Story, written by Ross Howard, at the New Hazlett Theater. This play a very touching story about friendship and courage. Mike Webster, who died in 2002, was the first N.F.L. player to receive a diagnosis of chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or C.T.E. This degenerative brain disease is linked to repeated hits to the head. If ever there was a story that captures the grit, determination, and strength of the human character this is it.

The show dates are as follows: September 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, and 12. All show times start at 7:30 except the Sunday matinees on September 5 and 12. The Sunday Matinee show times start at 2:00.

Tickets: $20.00  /  $18.00 seniors and students (At the New Hazlett Theater).

In November 2021 the Ashcat Players will be performing, The Boys Next Door, written by Tom Griffin. The Boys Next Door is a two-act comedy-drama about four intellectually disabled men who live together in a small apartment — and Jack, the caring social worker who is on the verge of career burn-out. The play is set in the Boston area and takes place over roughly a two-month period and consists of brief vignettes about the men's lives.

The show dates are as follows: November 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20. All show times start at 7:30 except the Sunday matinee on November 14. The Sunday Matinee show time is 2:00.

Tickets: $15.00  /  $13.00 seniors and students

In December 2021 we finish our season with a fun-filled cabaret. This amazing show features a very talented group of singers, musicians, and actors to bring you a variety of music, song, dance, and comedy. A great way to end our season and bring in the new year.
